I got big and exceptionally nice room with great climate control as well as a comfortable bed as advertised. Favourable location and overall the staff was especially helpful. Took a walk around city center, located not very far from the hotel.

The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a pretty nice area, really close to the center, and Downey. The location was quiet - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We had lunch in Chick-fil-A, placed close by.

The hotel is strategically located near a mall and a Dunkin Donuts, which gives guests easy access to shops and food. The breakfast served is delicious, and the morning staff are very accommodating and polite. Guests can also check in early, and the rooms and facilities are clean and well-maintained.

The parking lot is open to anyone, and there is no security to monitor it.

We have spent 1 day in king suite with great climate control and a comfortable bed, for example, everything was perfect. The staff was genuinely helpful and the pool area was great. The hotel was located very close to the center. The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson and the staff here was especially helpful and helpful. Popped in Bj's Restaurant & Brewhouse for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

Lastly, the staff members were courteous and polite, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.
